МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПРИНЦИПЫ ИНЖЕНЕРИИ ПОВЕРХНОСТИ ДЕТАЛЕЙ ГТУ СЛОЖНОГО КОНТАКТНОГО ДИНАМИЧЕСКОГО НАГРУЖЕНИЯ
Аннотация
Рассмотрена износостойкость трибосопряжений в условиях многокомпонентного динамического нагружения. Обоснована целесообразность формирования износостойкого поверхностного слоя деталей на основе многослойно-композиционной архитектуры с нанометрической структурой различного композиционного состава и функционального назначения. Показана перспективность создания покрытия с совмещением второго и третьего слоев в единый слой, состоящий из нанокристаллитов разного размера и противоположной ориентации.
