ОСНОВЫ КОНЦЕПЦИИ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ БАЗЫ РАЗВИТИЯ КОСМОНАВТИКИ В УКРАИНЕ

Аннотация


  Показаны особенности инновационной деятельности в космической отрасли, необходимость ускорения для ее инновационного развития. Предложено более полное представление понятия концепции. На основе радикально новой, процессно полной системы (технологии, организации и культуры) работы с авторами и их идеями, разработанной в Кибцентре НАНУ, 1975–2011 гг.), предложены пути и средства принципиального совершенствования инновационной составляющей работы отрасли, выхода ее из стадии стагнации.
